Hallow & Hearth started with a complaint: every Halloween site on the internet seemed to be written for a party-supply aisle. Neon orange, plastic everything, and forty-seven ideas that all translate to “buy more stuff.” We wanted the Halloween of old storybooks and October evenings instead — candlelight, dried botanicals, costumes built from real clothes, and food that tastes as good as it looks.
So we built it. Hallow & Hearth is a small, independent seasonal publication — more magazine than blog. Each guide is written to be finished in a weekend, photographed in warm light, and saved to your Pinterest boards for the years to come. We update our guides every season rather than churning out new ones, which is why every article shows the date it was last revisited.
Most of our readers arrive from Pinterest, and we design for that: fast pages, big images, and a save button on every guide. No pop-ups, no autoplay, no tracking scripts — just the article you came for.
